Hi Alexander,

All images entered in the product gallery field are added to the product gallery, the "is featured" dropdown is only used to also make it also appear as the featured image.

If you want to add a featured image but not have it added to the product gallery you can use the "Attachments" section and enable the "is featured" dropdown.

why is the first image in the gallery even though I checked "is featured" in the settings (see attachment)? The first image should not appear in the gallery, but only as a product image. What are the settings to get this?
