I had a look at your importer history, and noticed that some had iframe content and others did not, it turned out that when the importer was running via cron (this happens when the importer is being sped up due to importing multiple chunks at once), the processes run via the cron where triggering different security measures, and  the iframe was being filtered out of the post content.

I have uploaded the latest version of import wp 2.4.0-rc1 to your website , please can you rerun your import and let me know how you get on.

I have tested an iframe import into the post content field, the preview will not show html content which is why it is empty (this is for security reasons) .

If you do run the import, the iframe will be added to the post content as normal.

Can you give me an example row of your csv / record of your xml file and let me know the column / node that has an embed code in it, so i can see how to help you.

Thanks, i though when i had checked the site health previously it said that constant wasnt defined, its showing as enabled now.

I have modified the ImportWP PRO plugin on your server, i was unable to use the plugin editor to do this due to an error happening each time i tried to save: "Scrape nonce check failed". I was able to overcome this by reuploading the plugin each time i wanted to make a change.

By adding importer debug logs into the importer before and after each plugin call i was able to narrow down the issue with your server and the white screen problem (Server Error 500) to the core wordpress function "wp_handle_upload" that throws this error.

i can see that the file uploaded from the website to your servers temp direcory based on the $_FILES array showing no error and the file has a size.

I then tried to download a file from a remote source and it got to the core wordpress function "wp_unique_filename" and then errored.

I have setup a fresh local copy of wordpress using openlitespeed and matched your php and database versions, along with installing and activating the same list of plugins you have and was not able to replicate your issue.

Without seeing your servers php error log or WordPress debug log i cant progress any further.

Sorry to see you are having trouble with the plugin, Can you please help me by answer the following  questions:

1. What happens when you install a blank copy of wordpress and only install and activate ImportWP, then upload your csv file does the same issue happen?
2. Does your server have an error log, if so can you clear the error log, repliate the issue and then attach a copy of your error log.
   
3. Is your website online or hosted internally, if it is hosted online are you able to provide me with login details so i can investigate your issue first hand.
4. Are you able to attach the csv file you are trying to upload?
5. Are you able to Goto Tools > Site Health > Info, and copy your site information and attach.
