Hi James,

While you are here. It took a very long time, but this problem was caused by cron problems from the server. The cron outdated itself and cancelled the added auto run. That's why we decided to go to a different host and server. So this ticket can be closed.

Kind regards/Vriendelijke groeten,

The image in question, does it have the same filename as a previosly imported image?

Hi James,

What you write makes sense, but it’s not doing what you describe.

We have an auto run every morning. The list of 5 last downloaded files, are all coming from 5 times re-saving the feed. Somehow during the auto run, it’s not redownloading the file. It keeps using an image from a previous version.

Kind regards/Vriendelijke groeten,

Hi Evelien,

When you create an importer using either remote or local datasoure, it will download the latest version when the importer is created and again each time the importer is ran on its schedule.

If manually ran it will not fetch a new file from your datasource automatically, instead it will use the previously downloaded file until told otherwise (by clicking on the select file tab,  clicking on download or "download & continue" to fetch a fresh file).

To see a list of files that the importer has downloaded, click on the select file tab, and click on the Existing files radio button, this will show you a list of the last 5 files downloaded.

Hi,

Since a while we notice that the a connected XML-file is not auto downloading the data. Take the following example:

This is the live XML-feed: https://api.brockmeyer.nl/bfeed.php?usr=hrcommunity&token=66PTB5yr

This is what the import settings show: https://snipboard.io/moVJfB.jpg

It shows old data. We have enabled the auto run option, but because it is not updating the data it's not doing anything. Only when I click "save" in this file settings screen it will re-read the xml.

Please advise what to do with this odd behaviour.
