At the moment the best way to keep track of plugin and themes purchased from codecanyon/themeforest is by using their updater plugin https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/

I see now. But the plugin never notifies about updates. How am I suppose to keep track of new updates?

Based on your warnings it appears you are not using the most recent version of the plugin.
